On 2 March, the GECA team took action and spent Business Clean Up Australia Day by the seaside at La Perouse. At first glance, the beaches seemed as clean and glistening as the ocean, but quickly the team uncovered an assortment of rubbish littered across the cliffs and sands. In fact, it was shockingly easy for us to fill up our bags.

Last week we were delighted to discover that our licensee, eWater Systems, have been announced as finalists in the 2020 Banksia Foundation Awards for both the Small Business Award and Ministers Award for the Environment.

Earlier this month, the Living Future Institute of Australia announced the appointment of its first industry-lead Technical Working Group after a public call for expressions of interest.
