Rob has over 40 years of experience in marketing, sales and general management positions in the fashion industry, FMCG and building materials. Working in multinational roles, Rob has led businesses across Australia, Europe, and Asia.

Recently retired after 25 years with flooring manufacturer Interface Inc., a global pioneer in the development of sustainable business practice, Rob held roles in the global management team as President (Europe) and for 15 years as President (Asia Pacific), working extensively across the region. Sharing Interface founder Ray Anderson's passion for sustainability, Rob led the development of strategies linking positive environmental stewardship with traditional business success.

A former long-serving member on the Board of the Green Building Council of Australia, Rob continues to advocate the need to create a built environment in harmony with nature.
