Richard is Head of Sustainability Solutions at international property technology, data and analytics business, Cotality, where he leads their work on energy efficiency, climate risk and resilience. He’s also a freelance business strategy and growth advisor and mentor to a range of sustainability businesses across consulting, manufacturing and climate tech.

His career in sustainability spans over 20 years, and roles in both the UK and Australia. Prior to his current roles, Richard held a leadership position at Edge Impact and was part of the advisory board role with the Supply Chain Sustainability School in Australia. Before moving to Australia, his positions included acting as Head of Industry Engagement at the UK Green Building Council and various policy roles within the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change.
