Emma is a public affairs leader with expertise in public policy reform, political strategy, and progressive advocacy.  Emma has a proven track record designing and executing high-impact campaigns, media initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to advance environmental and human rights objectives.

Emma possesses a deep knowledge of climate change mitigation, adaptation, and international law, and has flourished in senior leadership roles across charity, philanthropic, and political organisations, delivering measurable organisational impact.

Emma is a founding Board Director of Women in Aid and Development and served 4 years as a Non-Executive Director at one of Australia’s leading wellness and spa companies. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW and has a Master of Public Policy & Politics
