GECA’s Machine Dishwashing Detergents Standard is now open for public comment

A minor revision of GECA’s Machine Dishwashing Detergents Standard was undertaken to widen the scope and incorporate requirements for detergents used in commercial dishwashing machines.GECA is pleased to issue for public comment the revised draft standard for environmentally preferable machine dishwashing detergents.The revised standard is applicable to detergents (liquid and powder) and rinse aids intended foruse in domestic automatic dishwashers; oruse in commercial automatic dishwashersGECA welcomes additional thoughts and comments from all our licensees, other stakeholders and the general public.Submissions on this standard will be accepted for 30-days, until COB 25 November 2013.The draft standard is available here.Please forward any comments to standards@geca.org.au.
