Sarah Rhodes
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
Sarah has been working in the sustainability profession since 2015. She has extensive experience enabling businesses and industries to reduce single-use plastics, improve the sustainability of their operations and achieve a measurable impact that protects our blue planet.
Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Tourism Management, where she specialised in sustainable tourism, and she is currently completing a Certificate in Sustainability. In 2014, she completed Climate Leadership training via Al Gore's Climate Reality Project. After that, she moved to Cambodia, where her enthusiasm for reducing single-use plastics led her to create her business, Plastic Free Southeast Asia.
In Australia, Sarah has worked with Better Business Partnerships, a local council initiative on the north shore of Sydney that supports businesses on the sustainability pathway. She also volunteers on the Mosman Council Climate Action Committee and for the NSW Tourism Awards.
As the Client Engagement Officer at GECA, Sarah focuses on developing relationships with new and current licensees to help support their sustainability goals and deliver on GECA's strategic targets.
