The standard is open for public comment until 25 August 2018. GECA welcomes feedback from you, your organisation or others in your network to help develop this standard. More information and a draft version of the standard are available on request from the GECA website.

Hard Surfacing standard info sheet

This standard has been developed with the support of ASAA. Applicable to hard surfacing products for interior or exterior use that do not provide any structural function. Hard surfacing categories include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural stone
  • Agglomerated stones
  • Concrete paving units
  • Terrazzo tiles
  • Ceramic tiles
  • Clay tiles
  • Glass tiles
