The Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) will be hosting their new flagship event on 19 – 20 March in Sydney.
TRANSFORM aims to inspire dynamic conversations with keynote speakers, case studies and interactive workshops. With over 80 speakers and 16 breakout sessions, there will be plenty of opportunities to explore the big issues and dive deep into technical topics. Come and hear about the newest technologies and innovations that will inspire future change.
GECA’s CEO Kate Harris will be participating in a Learning Lab at 2pm on 19 March:
Session 7d – Transforming the supply chain
What can we learn from different supply chains? What are the opportunities and outcomes for the built environment?
The session will be facilitated by Robin Mellon, CEO, Supply Chain Sustainability School. Joining GECA will be Margaret Stuart, Head of Corporate and External Relations at Nestlé Oceania and Rob Johnson, Customer and Market Relationship Manager at Liberty.
Importantly, the GBCA has not overlooked the environmental footprint of the event itself! For example, there will be no single-use items (including coffee cups), the catering will be seasonal and leftovers will be donated to OzHarvest.
