As the platform used by waste and recycling communities to learn and collaborate, the AWRE Speaker Series tackles the industry’s most challenging and compelling issues. Presented over two dedicated stages in 2019 – the Industry Forum presented in partnership with NSW EPA, attendees will discover the latest trends and insights affecting the wider industry, to practical and tangible solutions from innovators shaping the future direction of Australia, through carefully curated seminars and panel discussions.
On Thursday 31 October from 10:30am – 11:30am, our CEO, Kate Harris will be participating on the panel – State of Waste: 18 months post China Sword are we making any progress? This session will explore the plethora of activity across governments and look at whether we are forging a pathway that will enable Australia to manage its waste and resources more sustainably.
