GECA’s Furniture and Fittings Standards are recognised by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) under their Assessment Framework for Product Certification Schemes. This means that GECA-certified fitout products such as Jardan’s can earn points for Green Star building projects.

When specified into Green Star building projects, Jardan Australia’s (Level A) GECA accreditation results in the full allocation of points (100%). You can view the GECA Green Star brochure here. It lists the Green Star tools & credits for each recognised GECA standard.
